To have an account with Chocolatiers World, purchasers will require a registered ABN and be in a related industry, or in a related profession.
All goods are supplied by McEwen-Taylor Pty Ltd. ABN 89 116 065 411 trading as Chocolatiers World on the following terms and conditions:
The customer acknowledges that these terms have been read and agreed before placing orders.
These terms of trade may be varied at anytime without notice. All goods will remain the property and ownership of McEwen-Taylor until paid for in full.
Rights to Refuse
McEwen-Taylor reserve the right to suspend or close an account at it absolute discretion.
The prices charged for goods shall be at the discretion of McEwen-Taylor. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, however McEwen-Taylor will endeavour to give advance notice of said changes if feasible. All prices quoted exclude goods and service tax (GST), handling and delivery charges.
Payment Terms and Options
All invoices must be settled in full before orders are processed and despatched. After receiving your order, a pro forma invoice will be sent for payment after shipping costs have been calculated and applied.
Payment will be accepted by Direct Deposit (EFT), Cheque or Credit Card. Credit card payments will incur a 1.5% surcharge.
Special Order Items
Special order items will need to be paid for in full before the order can be processed. These items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Freight Charges & Delivery
We will endeavour to use the most economical freight option and this charge will be passed on to you at cost.
All deliveries are sent with consignment numbers for tracking purposes. Business address customers must provide accepted deliveries times.
For Home business customers, it is a condition of your account that all deliveries are marked ‘Authority to Leave’. Please advise if you have particular delivery instructions when placing your order. LOYAL Bakeware will not be liable for re-delivery fees, lost/stolen orders or storage charges. If applicable, these fees will be passed onto the customer.
Warranty, Claims and Returns
All goods sold by McEwen-Taylor Pty Ltd carry a 1 year limited warranty against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Written notification must be furnished to McEwen-Taylor within 7 days of receiving damaged goods.
Where you believe an item is faulty, it may be necessary for us to send your goods to the manufacturer for it to be assessed within a reasonable period of time. If there is a failure with the item, you may choose a refund or exchange of product. Where an item is damaged through misuse or abnormal use, product will not be refunded. As these are food related products we are unable to entertain exchanges or refunds due to a change of mind.
